Walking The streets of Lower Manhattan, This Wall captures my eye. This art so simple, Perfect… I had to look it up when I got home. Turns out it was done by a L.A. artist, young cat by the name of Karl Haendel. I can never take snap a shot from my camera and avoid a NY cab, I guess I’ll incorporate the gold yellow streaks in my next t-shirt design in memory of these machines that are everywhere and at all times in this wonderful city.

(Unacceptable to the Folks at Dezo Empire)

spotted this kid wearing the Old N.Y. design on the downtown 6 train.

Well it’s no secret that I draw most if my inspiration from the city I grew up in.

Although I loved it growing up, I never really noticed the beauty visually,
and the beauty and diversity of the people around me. Now as an adult I absorb
so much everytime I’m up there and it truly inspires me. I’m in need of a nyc Fix…

if you don’t want to eat your greens, you should at least wear your greens.
